Shipping Policy

Free shipping for retail orders over $99:

We offer free shipping within the US for all retail orders over $99.

Shipment location and delivery timeframe:

We ship from Chandler, AZ, via FedEx and USPS. Shipping times usually varies from 2-10 business days, depending on where you live and the time of the year. Shipping times may slow a little during peak seasons. All orders submitted on our website with a valid email address will have shipments tracked by a unique tracking number emailed to you after shipping, to ensure prompt delivery and service.

Non-delivery of shipment (Retail Orders):

In the event of shipment non-delivery, the following options may be considered for your satisfaction:

  • If the shipment non-delivery is as a result of our error, we will gladly re-ship your order at no charge or issue a full refund back to you.
  • If the shipment non-delivery is as a result of your error (e.g. incorrect address, recipient information, etc. supplied by the customer), we can resolve the issue with the following 2 options:
    • Process an address correction while the shipment is “in-transit,” such that it is delivered to the correct address/recipient at its final destination. A $5.00 fee per address correction will be assessed.
    • If the shipment has already been delivered to the incorrect address/recipient, we can re-ship your order to the correct address/recipient, but we will re-charge the same order amount (product and shipping fees) to the original method of payment.
    • In the event, the original shipment is returned to us, we will issue a refund for the original order amount (product only) minus the shipping fee, to the original method of payment.

Bulk shipments (Wholesale Orders):

At Lifetime Tea (LTT), we usually ship the products through FedEx. We will provide details of the shipping costs when the products have been manufactured and are ready for shipment. Upon receiving LTT's notification that the Product has been manufactured and is ready for shipment (” Shipment Notification”), the Customer shall pay LTT any unpaid balances plus the applicable shipping fees prior to shipment.

Alternatively, the customer can provide a prepaid shipping label based on the package dimensions provided by LTT and we'll schedule a pick-up/delivery with a carrier of your choice.

Shipping rates:

Your order will be shipped within 24 - 48 hours (excludes weekends and holidays) via the delivery method you specify at checkout.
