Return Policy for Retail Orders

If you receive product from Lifetime Tea that does not measure up to our high standards, we would like the opportunity to correct it.

Please contact us via email or phone within 7 days of receipt and we will correct the problem, replace the item or offer you a refund.

When emailing, please include your name, your order number, and any information that will help us address your concerns.

If the shipment is as a result of our error, we will gladly reship your correct items at no charge or issue a refund. A return shipping label may be issued for you to send back the wrong item to our warehouse (customer must preserve packing slip and items ordered without disposing them for verification purposes) before reshipping your correct items or issuing a refund.

In the event of non-delivery due to an incorrect address or recipient information supplied by the customer, or if the items ordered were an error of the customer, the following options may be considered for your satisfaction:

  • For non-delivery of an order, please contact us to investigate the issue and recommend a resolution.
  • If the items ordered are unopened, unused, undamaged and in original packaging, send your order back to us at your shipping expense for a full product refund or an exchange. We recommend you always insure the shipment. Refunds will not include shipping costs originally incurred to ship your order.
  • To exchange an item, send your items back to us at your shipping expense, and we will gladly replace with another item of your choice. Customer will pay the difference between the product(s) exchanged or receive a refund, as well as pay for return shipping costs to receive the replacement.

 

Refund submissions are processed on receipt of the goods, and takes 7-14 business days (depending on banking institutions and merchant providers) to process.
