Re Orders

Starting out small is great however maintaining adequate inventory is one of the critical keys to the growth of your business. This is especially true if you are selling on Amazon. 

Running out of inventory can be the Kiss of Death for any business especially a new business getting started.  Customers will quickly go someplace else if your out of the products they want.  

Our re-order process is simple and allows you to maintain sufficient inventory with the ability to scale up to meet demand.

Communication with us about your inventory is key. The more timely you are in your order the more quickly we can turn it around.  

Production time for most re-orders is 7-14 days.

For re-orders it is best to email us directly at: tina@lifetimetea.com.  Tina Lee is our production manager and oversees all incoming and outgoing orders.  Upon receipt of your email order request Tina will send a confirmation email with an invoice for the order. Upon receipt of payment your order will immediately go into our production queus.
