Seasonal breezes bring in a changing weather pattern from a dry climate to the monsoon season when moisture provides a richness in soil in the vegetative regions of this third most populated region in India.
When developing this tea we used a lush and full bodied black Assam tea in order to impart the Chai in a tasty base. From there we selected a heady blend of spices to tingle your tastebuds and boost your immunity – ginger, cardamom, coriander, cinnamon, cloves and flower petals.
It is always best to give the bag a few shakes before using to get the blend to get any settled spiced into your cup.
